Black and orange

The Black and Orange fly seems to work best in its larger sizes. It has been responsible for the downfall of many big fish on the rivers of North Wales, and it fishes well on a sunk line when takes come at the Tail of a pool.

It’s been used on the big reservoirs with excellent results and is often fished as a point fly in a team of three. When I have used this for rainbow and brown trout on reservoirs I have tied a smaller size 12.
